You'll support the day-to-day success of an award-winning apartment community, partnering closely with the Community Manager. Your core impact is ensuring seamless leasing, resident relations, and financial operations. This role offers monthly leasing commissions and a clear path to Community Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct tours and guide prospects through leasing process
• Collect rent, post payments, and monitor delinquencies
• Assist with financial reporting and ledger reviews
• Step into leadership role in Community Manager's absence

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
