Description

You will oversee daily operations of a vehicle inspection center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role focuses on maintaining quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proven ability to deliver project objectives and company metrics
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Mentor and hold direct reports accountable through coaching and performance management
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance standards
• Maintain supervisory staff by recruiting, training, and developing employees
