You'll serve as a core member of the Compensation team, working with Brex leadership to run and build a world-class compensation program. You will oversee the entire compensation process, from administering market analysis to running merit cycles and pricing new roles. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth company's total rewards strategy in a hybrid NYC environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and articulate Brex's total rewards strategy
- Manage compensation programs and benchmarking surveys
- Oversee annual merit cycle for pay parity
- Partner with business leaders on role pricing and incentives
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in Compensation administration
- Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills
