You'll serve as a core member of the Compensation team, working with Brex leadership to run and build a world-class compensation program. You will oversee the entire compensation process, from administering market analysis to running merit cycles and pricing new roles. This role offers the chance to shape a high-growth company's total rewards strategy in a hybrid NYC environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and articulate Brex's total rewards strategy
  • Manage compensation programs and benchmarking surveys
  • Oversee annual merit cycle for pay parity
  • Partner with business leaders on role pricing and incentives

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience in Compensation administration
  • Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills
