Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on product development. You'll be responsible for team dynamics, hiring, onboarding, and career growth, while also designing agentic workflows to improve how engineering work ships.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and production system track record
• Practical experience with agentic/automation workflows
• Solid communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
