You'll oversee complex aerospace programs involving embedded SW and FPGA design, ensuring compliance with DO-178/DO-254 standards. You'll manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources while collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong background in program management with leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of aerospace programs and DO-178/DO-254 certification
• Previous leadership of similar projects
• Detail-oriented and highly collaborative
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful execution of complex programs (embedded SW/FPGA design, integration, testing, verification)
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple projects
• Interface with customers, listening to issues and offering proactive solutions
• Coordinate between internal teams (engineering, sales) and support proposal development
• Ensure compliance with DO-178/DO-254 certification processes and industry standards
