You'll own the full-cycle sales process for inbound leads, from qualification to onboarding and ramp-up. You'll manage high lead volumes while prioritizing a qualified pipeline to drive revenue quickly. This role offers direct impact on SME growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage the entire journey from lead response to closed won
- Qualify prospects and value-sell relevant product propositions
- Maintain daily discipline in clearing incoming leads and follow-ups
- Keep accurate Salesforce data and prioritize leads based on pipeline
๐ Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience with closing experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
