You'll own the end-to-end deployment of Terminal's AI-powered Yard Operating System for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live. Your work enables global supply chain efficiency by unlocking yard-level data and automating operations. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver on-time, high-impact implementations that drive long-term retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full implementation lifecycle for enterprise YOS deployments.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans with milestones and risk flags.
• Lead discovery workshops to define workflows and align stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution of technical dependencies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise software implementation with multi-workstream deployments.
• Hands-on experience implementing TMS, ERP, WMS, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated project management competency building real project plans.
• Comfortable navigating technically complex environments with integrations and third-party vendors.
