Description

You will lead a team of Originations Specialists to help members complete the SoFi loan application process, driving process improvements to ensure exceptional experiences for both members and employees. You will coach team members, monitor compliance, and hire new specialists.

Requirements

• 1-2 years managing others in a call center environment, preferably financial services
• 2-3 years experience in customer service, lending, or related function
• Experience training and supporting teams in a metric-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 15 Originations Specialists to meet performance goals
• Understand the member experience across the application process to support your team
• Coach team members in loan processing and customer interactions
• Identify and implement improvements to member and employee experiences
• Monitor daily activities for compliance with policies and regulations
