🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging training to chauffeurs on luxury customer service standards.
• Adapt and maintain learning content for the London market.
• Assess chauffeur performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Act as subject-matter expert and answer chauffeur queries.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a specialised Training role
• Proven track record delivering engaging training and development programmes
• In-depth knowledge of MS PowerPoint/Google Slides
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury industry

• Experience with Articulate 360 suite
• Passion for luxury vehicles and knowledge of their specifications
