You'll lead a centralized production hub for the Beauty Wellbeing portfolio, driving resource planning and workflow design across a multi-disciplinary team. Your core impact is building a scalable, high-performing production engine that senior leadership can rely on. This role stands out for leveraging AI-assisted creative to deliver assets at scale across global markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and plan Maker Hub resources for Gen AI-led creative projects
• Create and manage project schedules across social, digital, e-commerce workstreams
• Own and optimise workload distribution across AI-enabled production teams
• Act as liaison between Account Service and Creative to facilitate workflow

📋 Requirements

• Experience in resource planning within a creative production or agency environment
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple production workstreams simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering efficient processes for production teams
• Experience creating and maintaining utilisation reports and using job reporting systems
