Description

You will develop and facilitate training content for manufacturing engineers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials. You'll collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials for existing and new systems, enabling the team to produce cutting-edge defense capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience with training creation and delivery
• Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Create/develop and facilitate training content based on procedures, SOPs, and workflows
• Develop in-house programs, learning aids, and activities for manufacturing engineering department
• Deliver dynamic training sessions using classroom, virtual, and hands-on approaches
• Act as subject matter expert during training with clear explanations and demonstrations
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, champion continuous improvement
