Description

You will be responsible for simulation analysis and optimization design of battery thermal runaway, thermal diffusion and exhaust. You will also develop protective parts and materials, and prepare technical plans for thermal management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering, thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, vehicle engineering, or related field
• 3+ years experience in battery thermal management system design and simulation
• Proficient in structural/fluid simulation tools (Fluent, CFX, Star CCM+)
• Experience with thermal management components (heat exchangers, pipelines, sensors, insulation materials)
• Independent project completion experience; foreign project experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Simulation analysis and optimization of battery pack/module thermal runaway and thermal diffusion
• Develop and apply new technologies, materials, and processes for thermal runaway protection
• Design optimization of protective parts and materials for battery packs/modules
• Simulation analysis and optimization design of battery pack/module thermal management
• Prepare technical plans and output relevant technical documents
