💼 About This Role

You'll play a pivotal role supporting virtual clinics by optimizing clinical workflows and providing a best in class patient experience. You'll develop mastery using EHR systems and internal tools to create best in class processes. This role partners closely with Medical Operations teams across multiple clinics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and develop clinical workflows for clinician and patient experience
• Receive, monitor, and analyze incoming lab results with escalation procedures
• Collaborate with external vendors for lab and imaging services
• Prepare prior authorization requests and process EMR requests

📋 Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in NJ
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
• Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule
• Experience in telemedicine
