💼 About This Role

You'll manage and resolve help desk tickets for Kimbel Mechanical Systems, ensuring SLA compliance and troubleshooting IT equipment. Your work will directly support a growing mechanical contractor with over 800 employees. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT operations and cross-training opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond and follow up on assigned help desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot computers, phones, printers, and servers.
• Process new hire IT setups and documentation.
• Cross-train with team to maintain redundancy.
• Triage and assign tickets to IT team members.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an IT-related program.
• Strong technical competency in computer hardware and software.
• Effective communication skills for user support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
