You'll lead a high-performing team of technicians and welders building electromechanical parts and assemblies for fusion energy. You'll execute production plans, organize workflows, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and supervise a team of production technicians and welders.
• Execute production plans and organize daily task lists and workflow.
• Lead cross-functional stand-up meetings focused on quality, cost, and delivery.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing discrepancies and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• 5+ years in a formal leadership role in manufacturing.
• 10+ years technical experience in mechanical/electrical assembly, plumbing, vacuum systems, etc.
• Ability to read technical and electrical drawings.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma.
• Experience with winding equipment.
