Description

You will drive modular enhancements to RokuOS architecture and implement new APIs for system software, using your refactoring expertise to ensure capabilities satisfy requirements without workarounds. You'll deliver high-performance C++ software and coordinate small teams to deliver new features on time.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software development, architecture, and API design
• 2+ years Linux application development
• Extensive experience in C++20, gdb, git, and adjacent tooling
• Experience with multi-threaded and multi-process development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve parts of RokuOS system software exposing fundamental APIs
• Deliver high-performance, ultra-reliable C++ software
• Coordinate small teams to deliver new features on time
• Make extensive modular and maintainable changes to existing C++ code base
• Implement new APIs for system software using refactoring expertise
