  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.
  • Collaborate on pilots and drive enterprise-level adoption.

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or business.
  • 4+ years in business development within industrial or construction tech.
  • Ability to present to senior executives and manage complex stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. with 25% travel to Houston and customer sites.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 2+ years in management consulting or startup environment.
  • Experience with BIM or construction technologies.
  • Full-cycle sales experience with long-term B2B engagements.
