💼 About This Role

You'll act as the technical lead for enterprise customers post-sale, owning successful implementation and expansion readiness. You'll partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to drive adoption of Otter's AI workflows across complex organizations. This role focuses on scaling post-sales technical success through reusable assets and frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise customers.
• Support integrations with APIs, calendars, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues as a trusted advisor.
• Create reusable assets and documentation for post-sales success.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar post-sales role.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex technical environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture.
• Ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
