💼 About This Role

You'll program and assess robotic systems using VENUS and EVOware software to improve assay performance and throughput. As part of a bioanalytical team, you'll maintain Celerion's competitive edge in drug development. This role offers a technically challenging mix of development and operational support at the interface of automation and science.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Program liquid handlers using VENUS and EVOware software.
• Regularly assess and optimize robot performance.
• Integrate automation to improve assay throughput.
• Provide operational support for automated workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in a life-science discipline.
• Solid understanding of immunoassays or chromatographic methods.
• At least 1 year supporting automated workflows in regulated lab.
• Good written and spoken German.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hamilton VENUS experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on problem-solving with a service-oriented mindset.
