🎯 What You'll Do

  • Audit and configure conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and platform pixels.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Analyze campaign data to inform media mix, budgets, and performance projections.
  • Manage and allocate budgets, monitoring pacing to stay within financial targets.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency or B2B setting.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on results.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation platforms such as Clutch or G2.
  • Experience closing the feedback loop between lead quality and campaign targeting.
  • Experience with programmatic display and TikTok ads.
