🎯 What You'll Do
- Audit and configure conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, and platform pixels.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Analyze campaign data to inform media mix, budgets, and performance projections.
- Manage and allocate budgets, monitoring pacing to stay within financial targets.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency or B2B setting.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on results.

- Familiarity with B2B lead generation platforms such as Clutch or G2.
- Experience closing the feedback loop between lead quality and campaign targeting.
- Experience with programmatic display and TikTok ads.
