You'll lead a LATAM Payments Experiences team at Stripe, building new payment methods for global merchants. Your work will directly expand Stripe's payments processing in LATAM and North America. This role offers the chance to shape the future of online payments.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience managing teams of 5+ engineers
• 10+ years of full-time software development with strong backend background
• Strong command of verbal and written English
• Experience working across geographies
