You'll own the commercial analytics function, rebuilding our sales forecasting from a spreadsheet to a production ML pipeline and designing early-warning churn models. Your work will directly influence commercial strategy and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end ML-based sales forecasting models in AWS.
• Build churn risk and expansion signal models for proactive account management.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on quota attainment, territory performance, and account penetration.
• Maintain price elasticity models and integrate pricing guardrails into CPQ workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with technical focus.
• 7+ years of experience using analytics to solve business problems with Python/R and SQL.
• Production ML experience deploying models into commercial or operational environments.
• Commercial acumen with Salesforce CRM and B2B sales processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• 9+ years of experience in data science or commercial analytics.
• MLOps experience with tools and practices for model health and scalability.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or high-growth tech.
