You'll join Theodo Extend, a new entity of the Theodo group, and be fully integrated into a client team while staying connected to a community of engineers. You'll work on real products in demanding contexts, from refactoring legacy code to launching MVPs in weeks. This role offers continuous learning through internal formats like Brown Bag Lunchs and Dojos.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take over an existing codebase and migrate it to a modern stack.
• Develop complex interfaces in Java/Spring Boot with UX/UI constraints.
• Work autonomously, interacting directly with product/business teams.
• Ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability of delivered solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience minimum.
• 3+ years as a Tech Lead.
• Experience with complex architectures.
• Knowledge of clean code principles and infrastructure setup.
