You'll drive revenue by selling multimedia advertising solutions to local businesses in the Odessa-Midland market. You'll prospect new clients and manage long-term relationships, using consultative sales to grow their ROI through broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

• Prospect and secure new business using data-driven tools
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Strong presentation and communication skills
