💼 About This Role

You'll join Hudson River Trading's Singapore Middle Office team, ensuring smooth post-trade operations and reconciling global multi-asset trades with brokers and counterparties. You'll collaborate on corporate actions and commission programs while driving automation improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and resolve daily position, trade, and cash discrepancies with counterparties.
• Identify and implement improvements to current workflows with internal stakeholders.
• Document complex processes and develop middle office guidelines.
• Onboard new trading into existing technology and platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline like Computer Science or Finance.
• 2-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with Python and UNIX operating systems.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Order Management System (OMS) or similar.
• Understanding of corporate actions and commission schedules.
• Familiarity with AI prompting.
