You will deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the Garland and Mesquite areas, helping them restore strength, balance, and mobility to live safely and confidently. Enjoy a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume, and supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in Texas
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult/geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function; develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation per Medicare and agency standards
