💼 About This Role

You'll own communications for Blue Energy, a nuclear energy startup using shipyard manufacturing to deploy plants faster. You'll build the company's narrative from scratch, shaping how investors, regulators, media, and employees understand a new generation of nuclear infrastructure. This is a chance to define an entire category.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute communications strategy across all audiences
• Lead media relations, PR, and executive preparation
• Coordinate joint announcements with partners and stakeholders
• Build internal communications as company scales to 150+

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in communications or public affairs in regulated industries
• Proven media relations and PR strategy experience
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into narratives
• Experience building or scaling a communications function
