Description

You will drive engagement and long-term member value for SoFi Plus subscription program by defining engagement frameworks, conducting causal experiments, and developing scalable data solutions. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape the roadmap and directly impact recurring revenue growth.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years experience using data-driven analysis to influence product and business strategy in tech or subscription-based company
• Deep expertise in retention and engagement analytics, cohort and lifecycle analysis, subscription metrics, experimental design
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau
• Experience with DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, and deploying machine learning models in production

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data collection and processing pipelines
• Develop and apply machine learning models to solve business problems
• Own product analytics workflows including success metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Evaluate and interpret data analysis results to influence stakeholders
• Build scalable dashboards and executive-ready reports measuring subscription health and engagement KPIs
