- Serve as strategic partner to Enterprise customers.
- Drive adoption and maximise platform value.
- Own retention and reduce churn risk.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand accounts.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years total work experience.
- 5+ years in customer-facing role with Enterprise customers.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Strong executive relationship building skills.
