💼 About This Role

You'll join a 12-18 month development program for recent graduates, gaining comprehensive training in industrial sales. You'll receive hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in structured training at a sales hub.
• Work alongside Account Managers on joint sales calls.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Solve customer problems through technical solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical training in related field.
• Mechanical interest and aptitude.
• Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and final placement.
• Ability to start work in Summer/Winter 2026.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field.
• Coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Process, or Conveyance.
• Internship or co-op in sales/distribution or manufacturing.
