You will build and develop a best-in-class enterprise sales team, drive revenue growth by closing new opportunities with enterprise-level customers, and play a critical role in scaling go-to-market processes. This role offers high responsibility and visibility from day one in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise Sales Management experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Experience running your own demos and closing
- Proven track record of consistently hitting quota attainment
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Effective collaboration and self-starter mindset
- Availability for some travel
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a best-in-class Enterprise Sales Team
- Drive revenue growth by closing new opportunities with enterprise-level customers
- Coach sellers to manage the entire lifecycle of new customer relationships
- Identify champions and build deep relationships with key stakeholders
- Help plan, build, optimize, and scale go-to-market processes
- Inspect and improve reporting on sales activities
- Represent the voice of customers in product asks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
