💼 About This Role

You'll be the backbone of our DACH Sales team, managing and coordinating the bid process for potential and existing clients. You'll ensure timely delivery of high-quality responses and collaborate with sales teams to tailor bids. This role is based in our Barcelona office and requires German fluency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate bid process from initiation to submission
• Write, edit, and proofread bid documents
• Liaise with customers to clarify requirements
• Maintain bid library with standard templates

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of bid management experience
• Fluent German and English
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
• Excellent organisational and project management skills

• Experience in travel industry or B2B environment
• Spanish language skills
• Bid management software experience
