You will lead the flagship AI Voice Agents platform for SMBs within Bandwidth's Innovation Studio. Own the end-to-end product experience from demo to launch, close feedback loops with partners, architect a wholesale B2B2B platform, and ensure zero-touch onboarding. Drive product strategy to scale thousands of active agents with enterprise-grade reliability.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of PM experience in high-growth SaaS or platform environments
• Experience leading product from concept to scaled market launch (0-to-1)
• Direct experience launching AI-native features with LLMs and conversational AI
• Demonstrated UX obsession with frictionless design
• B2B/platform background with white-label solutions or partner-facing APIs
