Description
You'll oversee the Medically Tailored Meals program, guiding members through onboarding, order placement, and ongoing support. You'll be the voice of the customer for the internal team, ensuring a seamless experience from enrollment to delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, case management, or member services
- Strong communication skills with empathy for diverse populations
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Support new member enrollment and explain program benefits
- Conduct proactive outreach to prevent service gaps
- Assist members with ordering, including special requests
- Troubleshoot scheduling, delivery, or dietary issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance
