You'll shape complex legal insights into sharp, high-impact stories for social media at a well-funded legal tech startup. You'll design repeatable formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, using performance data to grow our audience. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven iteration to build trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Collaborate with content leads, founders, and on-screen talent to shape narratives
• Write clear, engaging scripts, outlines, and beat sheets
• Repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms

📋 Requirements

• Strong video content portfolio or personal social media presence
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms and audience behavior
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Experience developing repeatable content formats or series
