You'll supervise and train work crews of 5-10 individuals, creating an uplifting work environment and providing on-the-job coaching. Your impact includes helping people with recent criminal convictions secure employment and build skills. This role offers a non-traditional outdoor workspace with built-in weekly overtime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects like litter abatement and landscaping
• Ensure participants accurately record work time and receive required breaks
• Complete customer work orders to a high standard daily
• Assign job duties and set reasonable goals for completion
• Monitor crew performance and provide feedback or additional training

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to consistently lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous safety training preferred but will be provided
