💼 About This Role

You'll build AI products from 0 to 1, working directly with engineers and customers to define, build, and launch AI-powered products that transform customer engagement. You'll drive the roadmap, balancing technical tradeoffs with customer value, and be hands-on in execution—writing PRDs and testing features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and launch AI products from 0 to 1 with engineers and customers.
• Partner with customers to understand workflows and translate into requirements.
• Own the roadmap, prioritize, and define success metrics for core AI products.
• Communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product, engineering or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills cross-functionally and with customers.
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• High ownership mentality and obsession with customer love and impact.
