You'll manage and grow Paytm's relationships with state road transport corporations (RTCs) and private bus operators in your region. Your core impact is driving strategic partnerships and ensuring competitive supply availability while owning regional revenue, pricing, and operational performance. You'll also leverage market data and analytics to optimize pricing and supply.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with RTCs and private operators.
• Negotiate commission structures and commercial agreements.
• Drive revenue targets and dynamic pricing strategies.
• Monitor SLA adherence and resolve partner escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in bus ticketing, logistics, or B2C travel partnerships.
• Prior experience with state transport corporations or regional aggregators.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation experience.
• Data-savvy with Excel and BI tools to derive insights.
