💼 About This Role

You'll execute the IT SOX compliance program and help build an IT risk management function from the ground up. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure IT General Controls and IT Application Controls are effectively designed and implemented. This role offers the chance to create something new at a leading design company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute IT SOX compliance program including ITGC and ITAC testing
• Coordinate with external auditors and co-sourced resources
• Lead IT risk conversations and contribute to risk register
• Develop risk-based operational audit plan and implement audits

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT audit or IT risk management
• IT SOX compliance experience with ITGCs, ITACs, and Segregation of Duties
• Knowledge of PCAOB/SEC requirements and audit frameworks
• CISA, CIA, or CISM certifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting development of a risk management program
• SaaS or fast-paced tech company experience
• Familiarity with GRC tools (AuditBoard, Workiva, ServiceNow GRC)
