💼 About This Role

You'll support Accounts Payable operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate processing and compliance. You'll work closely with global teams to maintain strong financial controls. Our hybrid Warsaw office offers a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Match purchase orders and goods received notes to invoices, resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly multi-currency payment runs
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations
• Conduct monthly balance sheet and supplier statement reconciliations
• Onboard new suppliers in accordance with internal controls

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficient ERP or finance systems experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to international accounts payable ledgers
• Experience in a US-headquartered shared services environment
