You'll shape AI-driven capabilities and own end-to-end product execution across patient apps, clinician workflows, and system integrations at a healthtech startup. You'll translate complex clinical and operational requirements into clear specs while deeply embedded with Engineering and Design. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities for efficiency and patient outcomes
• Own end-to-end product ideation and execution across interconnected systems
• Translate clinical, operational, and technical requirements into clear specs
• Partner with Design and Engineering to craft user journeys and scalable integrations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Manager experience building software products
• Healthcare technology background with clinical or operational systems
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
• Experience with clinical data, workflows, or healthcare integrations

✨ Nice to Have

• Epic experience including pharmacy workflows (e.g., Willow)
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations or medication management
• Experience building AI-enabled healthcare products
