💼 About This Role

You'll maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at Carvana's Market Hubs. You'll coordinate with team members to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
• Complete multi-point inspection on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods and working outdoors in all weather
