You'll own end-to-end recruiting across exempt and non-exempt roles at a fast-growing calibration services company. Your impact will shape workforce growth and employer brand while building repeatable hiring processes. This 100% remote role offers the chance to influence hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across functions
- Lead proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and creative outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to build effective, bias-aware interview processes
- Screen, interview, assess candidates and manage offer negotiations
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years of full-cycle corporate/in-house recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting both exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly) roles
- Proven sourcing skills to build pipelines from scratch
- Proficiency with an ATS like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building sourcing strategies or improving broken processes
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
