You'll own end-to-end recruiting across exempt and non-exempt roles at a fast-growing calibration services company. Your impact will shape workforce growth and employer brand while building repeatable hiring processes. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across functions
  • Lead proactive sourcing via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and creative outreach
  • Partner with hiring managers to build effective, bias-aware interview processes
  • Screen, interview, assess candidates and manage offer negotiations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of full-cycle corporate/in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting both exempt (salaried) and non-exempt (hourly) roles
  • Proven sourcing skills to build pipelines from scratch
  • Proficiency with an ATS like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience building sourcing strategies or improving broken processes
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
