You'll lead the Factory Core team, owning the manufacturing execution system that runs Hadrian's autonomous factories. Your impact will scale production throughput for aerospace and defense parts across multiple sites. This role offers a player-coach opportunity to shape distributed systems in a fast-moving startup backed by top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own business domains end-to-end including product and operations.
• Hire, grow, and retain a strong engineering team.
• Drive architecture, design reviews, and ship code as player-coach.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to shape the roadmap.
• Improve developer lifecycle across planning, design, testing, and deployment.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of engineering management experience leading product teams.
• Experience owning business-critical product domains with technical strategy.
• History of hiring, growing, and retaining strong engineers.
• Systems thinking: understanding services, data flows, and team boundaries.
