- Lead and support the Customer Experience team.
- Host regular one-on-ones to coach and develop team members.
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and reviews.
- Analyze team performance metrics to improve service outcomes.
- Provide hands-on support with calls and tickets as needed.

- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to lead with empathy.

- Excellent communication skills to coach on tone and professionalism.
- Lead with ownership, taking initiative and following through.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, technical support, or customer-experience roles.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Dialpad, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of CSAT and customer experience KPIs.
