• Optimize repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system problems efficiently.
• Record data in building logs and perform utility/equipment tests.
• Process administrative paperwork per departmental policies.

📋 Requirements

• Commensurate experience for the specific facility.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Highest-level state/local Stationary Engineer or HVAC license.
• Universal refrigerant recovery license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Formal training in energy conservation.
• Building automation systems experience.
