• Monitor and follow-up with all referred cases
• Communicate with referring attorneys to gather case information
• Update cases with notes and save documents
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with insurance companies

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to remain stationary up to 50% of the time
• Operate computer and office machinery constantly
• Communicate effectively in English
