๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations
- Monitor metrics such as admissions, Medicare, and referral rejections
- Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred
- Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS preferred
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
