  • Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations
  • Monitor metrics such as admissions, Medicare, and referral rejections
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor degree strongly preferred
  • Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS preferred
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
