Description

In this role, you'll lead financial planning and analysis for SpaceX's product lines, including Starlink, Starship, Falcon, and Dragon. You'll interface with production, engineering, sales, and executive teams to drive resource planning, KPIs, and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years experience in finance or operations
• 4+ years supervisory or management experience
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR

Responsibilities

• Identify resource requirements for business groups including headcount, capital, and operating expenses
• Work with production and engineering to identify KPIs and analyze performance against productivity targets
• Partner with business unit leaders to prepare financial analysis for operational decision-making
• Work with supply chain to track financial obligations during rapid scaling
• Partner with accounting for financial close analysis and group-level reporting
