Description

You will lead the Homefeed Retrieval Modeling team at Pinterest, owning all retrieval sources including machine-learned candidate generators, signal development, and forward-looking investments like generative retrieval. You'll build and mentor a diverse team of 8-9 ML engineers, set technical strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape the largest user touchpoint on the platform.
